Your First Visit: What to Expect

High Desert Pediatrics is an environment where you and your child will feel comfortable and welcome.

You can fill out your child’s new patient forms at the office. Our doctors will need to know:

• Your child’s immunization history
• Your child’s previous pediatrician (if any)
• Medical history
• The reason for your visit

You can drop your new patient form off with our friendly receptionists at the front desk while our medical assistants ensure that the exam room is prepared for your child. After we call you back, you’ll see one of our board-certified pediatricians as soon as possible.
